Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Geopad Shopify app and the geopad.ai website (together, the “Service”), provided by Apex Orbis Ltd (“we”, “us”).

Your account

To use the Service, you must install the Geopad app via the Shopify App Store on a Shopify store you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you authorise us to access and for the catalog changes you approve and publish through the Service.

What the Service does

Geopad audits your catalog, generates suggestions, and — with your approval — publishes changes back to your Shopify store. All changes are reviewed before publication. All changes are reversible via your Shopify admin and, in Phase 2, via Geopad's rollback interface.

AI-generated content

Content generated by Geopad uses large language models. You are the publisher of content you approve. We do not guarantee accuracy; you are responsible for reviewing suggested content before it is published to your store.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Shopify's billing system. Prices are shown in your Shopify admin at the point of upgrade. Refunds are handled per Shopify's App Store refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, infringing, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this clause.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes

We will update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
